STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Visit thepokerbay.org/faq.php (or, to avoid having to create an account, use the attached files)
2. Follow the local link 'How does NAT/ICS change the picture?'

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The line 'How does NAT/ICS change the picture?' is at the top of the screen

OBSERVED RESULTS:
The first line below the title 'This is a very particular case...' is at the top instead

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Other local anchors also don't work, but some local anchors on this page work fine.

I think the bug can be resolved. The line "How does NAT/ICS change the picture?" is above the line "This is a very particular case...". I tested using the "markup from the site" attachment.
