I've encountered an issue where our carousel scrolls whenever the user navigates between text above a carousel to a button below the carousel. This only happens when navigating with VoiceOver in Safari and the button includes only an SVG. If the button includes any text (instead or in addition to the SVG), the scrolling doesn't happen.
