I have found several sites that exhibit this stalling problem

This particular sites stalls because it includes a script <http://log1.trailpoint.com/W0006/tp-log.js>, and that server doesn't respond (it doesn't work with Firefox or command line curl either).
I'm resolving this as INVALID for now, but please feel free to re-open this bug with more examples, especially if they work in Firefox.
