According to https://www.w3.org/TR/css-pseudo-4/#highlight-pseudos selections should be stylable with text-decoration, but setting text-decorations in ::selection does not result in those decorations being applied.
FWIW, this also doesn't work in Firefox or Chrome at the time of this bug writing.
