I was able to reproduce the failure with 

run-webkit-tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/webrtc/RTCRtpReceiver-getSynchronizationSources.https.html --iterations 2000 --exit-after-n-failures 1 --child-processes 12 -f

Dashboard shows that bug 204600 fixed it.
