API test TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.FastServerTrust is consistently timing out on EWS bots which are on Catalina 10.15.1 (19B88). It passes on EWS bots which are on Mojave and on build.webkit.org bots which are on 10.15 (19A603). e.g.: https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/9/builds/11629 https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/9/builds/11622 https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/9/builds/11616 This test was added 6 weeks back in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/250422/webkit

It was due to a configuration issue which started happening after updating the bots to Catalina.
