API test TestWebKitAPI.ServiceWorkers.ParallelProcessLaunch is consistently timing out on EWS bots which are on Catalina 10.15.1 (19B88). It passes on EWS bots which are on Mojave and on build.webkit.org bots which are on 10.15 (19A603).

It was due to a configuration issue which started happening after updating the bots to Catalina.
