* SUMMARY
Currently to add a new style you edit a current style then type a semicolon and the new style. This is odd and not discoverable.

Just an update: You can now start editing the last Rule and push "tab" to create a new rule. Also, if there is a Selector without any Rules you can double click the empty space to start a new rule. This is still not entirely discoverable but its much more usable.
