The first webassembly call to the browser fails, resulting in the following errors in the console:
https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/5420615/66705574-e6d3cf80-ecfe-11e9-8774-a1ece8cb7317.png
This requires a dummy call to be made before starting the webapp itself.
The issue was first documented here: https://github.com/David-OConnor/seed/issues/241
The issue exists in version: Version 13.0.2 (14608.2.40.1.2) and Technology Preview Safari: Release 93 (Safari 13.1, WebKit 14609.1.5)

Do you know if this a regression from a previous release? If so, that might help with diagnosing the bug.

Yes, in the past I did not have this issue. However I'm not sure how to downgrade Safari to find which release is affected or not.
