To replicate, try switching between the demos on https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/perspective-origin . On other browsers, the perspective changes when toggling between the demos, on Safari the `perspective-origin` is changed but the layer is not repainted and the result stays the same.
