There are some issue rendering the Transmission's (bittorent client, see [1]) web interface. Most notable is the absence of some black outlines. See attacched screenshots

Note: the fonts difference is shared across all jhbuild apps, I think differente fontconfig rules are used between /usr and /opt/bin
