When purchasing something on amazon, on the payment confirmation page, part of the page looked odd. I have partially reduced this - I don't know whether it's a browser bug or a problem with the html. It kind of looks ok in Firefox though. Tested with both 3.1.2 and r35249 on 10.5.4 on a MacPro with the same results.
