This was reported with WebKitGTK 2.25.4, apparently after bug 197558 was fixed:

1) Go to http://radio.dos.nl/ using "surf" (which uses libwebkit)
2) Go to settings (drop down in right top corner)
3) Click "Choose protocol" until it shows HLS
4) Click on arrow (back to radio)
5) Click on "Page menu" (bottom left corner) and choose "news"
6) play France Info or France Culture
Note: if you set 3) to mp3, it will work as it will switch back to the
mp3 version of the stream. The info page of a station shows which
protocol is used (mp3, AAC or HLS)
