The adobe logo at the top right corner (near the search box) is scaled down in the nightly build. This does not happen in Safari, Firefox or IE. The web inspector showed that the image element inherited the zoom attribute. This attribute is not inherited in Safari.

WebKit (and the upcoming Safari 4) will support the zoom CSS property (as IE does). You will need to fix your site to make sure this zoom property is applied only to IE, since clearly it's being used to work around some IE-specific layout issue.
