Overview Description: Using Safari/Webkit on Mac OS X 10.5, when one double clicks in a word that contains the soft-hyphenation mark (), the whole word is not selected, instead only the text until the soft-hyphen is selected. The fact a word contains such marks should not affect the GUI behaviour. Safari's behaviour is inconsistent with other Mac OS X applications like TextEdit.app. If the text is copy-pasted into TextEdit.app, the soft-hyphens are still recognised, but double-clicking anywhere selects the whole word. Steps to reproduce 1) Open http://thias.absyrde.net/share/shy_bug.html in Safari 2) Double click on the 'r' of procrastinate Expected result: The whole word (procrastinate) selected. Actual Results: Only the first syllable (until the first mark) is selected. Build Date & Platform: This bug is present in build r35177 - Also Occurs On Safari Version 3.1.2 (5525.20.1) - Doesn't Occur On Firefox Mac OS X 2.0.0.15 Firefox Linux 1.5.0.12eol

There were a lot of fixes made to soft hyphen handling in nightlies, but this bug still remains.
