When accessing this URL http://www.scribd.com/doc/93363/Buckminster-Fuller-Global-Energy-Grid-01  with WebKit-SVN-r35138 the screen freezes in that scroll will now work.   The pop up menu's at the top still work.  Change to another window (tab) and full functionality will resume for that window only.  Return to the ailing window and it remain froze.
