I. Steps:
 -----------
 
 1. Launch Safari 
 2. Launch the attached testcase
 
 
 II. Issue:
 -----------------
 Notice how the text is being dispayed in 2 lines. In FF, it is being displayed in only one line
 
 
 III. Other browsers:
 -----------------------
 IE7 : ok
 FF3 : ok
 Opera 9.50: ok
 
 IV. Safari nightly tested: version 3.1.1(525.17 )- r34388
 
 Not working properly on Safari.

Odd.  Definitely a bug.

Seems to working fine now in Safari 16.5 and matching other browsers (Chrome Canary 116 and Firefox Nightly 115).
