Using a Select-element with certain custom styling, using a Google Web Font called Oswald with font-weight:300, Safari crashes.

I cannot reproduce in Safari Technology Preview. Bug 196388 looks like where it got fixed, although discussion in an associated internal bug makes me pause before duping.
