Confirmed with 3.1.2 and ToT, the main content never shows up while the page is making requests to URLs like "http://rotator.adjuggler.com:80/servlet/ajrotator/356749/0/vj?ajecscp=1214987325390&z=green&dim=300802&pos=2&pv=7489474909380079&nc=89153901" in an endless loop.

Unable to reproduce with 3.1.2 and 35289 -- website home page and the direct link in the description all load fully, and seem to render the same as in Firefox.

I also cannot reproduce the descried problem in the latest build of Webkit (r35289).
