Spec change: https://github.com/whatwg/html/pull/4143 Tests: https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/14824 For example, buttons in WebKit are observably different from what the spec requires and what Firefox does for this test: html/rendering/widgets/button-layout/anonymous-button-content-box.html
