Currently these are just stubbed out empty functions, they need to be implemented correctly on Mac.
The Windows implementation works pretty well so we should try to make it cross platform and use it on Mac.

Mass closing plug-in bugs, as plug-in support has been removed from WebKit.
Please comment and/or reopen if this still affects WebKit in some way.
