When selecting a checkbox and then trying to scroll quickly (~1 second) the scroll locks until you release you finger, and try scrolling again.
I have tried different markup, even simply having an input, and only width=device-width viewport meta tag, but it still happens. The only way I can find to stop this delay is to remove device-width meta tag.
This is the markup I have been trying to use: https://jsbin.com/peboqizana/edit?html,output
I have not found a way of fixing this.
