Can't scroll online maps on http://yandex.ru/maps in WinCairo port

To reproduce:
1. Enter http://yandex.ru/maps
2. Try to click&drag on map

Expected behaviour: map should scroll following mouse pointer
Actual results: nothing happens

AppleWin also has this issue.
mouse wheel can zoom in and out.
It seems that User-Agent spoofing doesn't help.
Otter Browser (Windows) works fine.

MouseEvent has 'buttons' property, but not implemented for Windows port.
