After upgrading iPhone to 12.2
Made a 2-way call with Chrome on PC:


There are some chances that the remote party cannot hear from the IOS 12.2
Chances are it is more likely to reproduce on iPhone 6s (12.2) (Say around 50%), less likely to reproduce on iPhone 7 or iPhone X (say around 5%)

Are you aware of any part related to that? (I haven't try much on beta)

I think this bug might be related to: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=196416

There are some suggested workarounds there, which might help you alleviate the problem until this is fixed
