# STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. inspect any page
2. go to the Elements tab
3. set a DOM breakpoint on any node that's +3 levels deep
4. select a different node
5. hover over the point halfway between the DOM breakpoint and the node
 => there is no stroke around the DOM breakpoint
6. move your mouse directly over the DOM breakpoint or the node
 => a stroke appears around the DOM breakpoint
