The following layout test is flaky on iOS Simulator Debug

fast/viewport/ios/initial-scale-after-changing-view-scale.html

Probable cause:

Test is a flaky timeout on its entire history on the dashboard. Test was added in r237127 and rebaselined and adjusted in r242059.
Tested locally with 243464 and 242059 and get the same flaky timeouts in both revisions, about 5 timeouts in 100 iterations

Reproduced with :

run-webkit-tests fast/viewport/ios/initial-scale-after-changing-view-scale.html --iterations 100 -f --ios-simulator --debug
