Seems related to bug 195845 but not the same thing. This is actually a Safari issue. |
Created attachment 364937 [details] Testcase Overflow:scroll inside an iframe it's scrollable from some regions on iPad simulator. Load the attachment in iPad sim, landscape. Try to scroll the overflow by tapping the "This is inside the scroller". You can't. Seems like a UI-side hit testing issue.
