[ews-app] Use port 17000 for worker communication. This is similar to build.webkit.org (https://trac.webkit.org/browser/webkit/trunk/Tools/BuildSlaveSupport/build.webkit.org-config/master.cfg#L35)

It would be easier to use same port from administration (network settings) perspective.
