Today Jon Lee cq+ <https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=195430> and for some time after that the commit bubble read "commit #-1". What's going on here? Not the end of the world, but not pretty.

EWS and status-bubble have been re-implemented from scratch. It shouldn't show -1 for queue position anymore. Please file new bug if you notice any issue.
