Safari currently appears unable to save .mp3 files to ones computer.
To replicate:
1. Find any .mp3 file, for example: https://sample-videos.com/audio/mp3/crowd-cheering.mp3
2. File > Save As > Your Computer
The file saves but won't open and says file size 0.
To note, able to save actual files without issue in Chrome.
Not sure when this issue started, and not sure what other file types are affected. Just tried mp4 <https://sample-videos.com/video123/mp4/720/big_buck_bunny_720p_1mb.mp4> and see the same issue of choosing Save As results in a 0 bytes file.
This refers to downloading files directly. If the file is accessible via a link on a page choosing Download Linked file appears to work. This bug is in regards to downloading files directly. Same issue in Safari Preview.
