The following layout test is flaky on Mac

Probable cause:

Unable to track exact point of regression. Oldest build I can spade is 228049 and is a flaky time out on several builds up to current release 241132

Reproduced with:

run-webkit-tests t241123 http/tests/resourceLoadStatistics/classify-as-prevalent-based-on-top-frame-redirect-collusion.html --iterations 5000 -f --exit-after-n-failures=1 --no-retry-failures
