RSS feed folder in bookmark bar does not update during in given interval. Number in parenthesis does not change nor do new articles appear on a page once navigated. It only updates on Refresh and it does not change even if read (or navigated to).

The issue is related to Safari browser [http://webkit.org/blog/101/back-to-basics/] so you should report the problem to http://bugreport.apple.com. However, check your RSS preferences (menu Safari > Preferences > RSS). There are options to set up automatically RSS feeds updating.

Not a WebKit bug. OK to report it to Apple about Safari, but doesn’t belong here.
