I'm assuming an issue this big is probably already known they couldn't find in Bugzilla or perhaps there is something else on my machine causing this, so hopefully you can confirm is you can replicate it and or if it's already known. When the inspector is open, I'm unable to edit HTML by selection. That is, Edit HTML works and it automatically selects the contents of the div or item I've selected but when clicking again the cursor does not appear. The only way to get the cursor to appear is to use keyboard shortcuts. The css/styles sidebar section works normally, this is only the left html side. Noticed this bug starting relatively recently but not sure the exact date. To note it affects Safari but also Webkit Preview on Mojave. Attached a video as well.
