The following layout test is flaky on [Mac WK2]

storage/websql/read-transactions-running-concurrently.html

Probable cause:

Unsure of regression point. Flakiness dashboard first shows failures at 240108 but is a flaky failure prior to that.

Reproducible with: 

run-webkit-tests --root t230000 storage/websql/read-transactions-running-concurrently.html --iterations 500 -f
