I. Steps:

1. Launch test case
2. Do a mouse wheel scroll downwards.
II. Issue:
ssue: Notice that the scroll does not happen line by line. It skips some lines.

IE7 : Ok
FF3 : Ok
Opera 9.26: OK
IV. Safari nightly tested: version 3.1.1(525.17)- r33029
Not working properly on Safari.

Calvin, would you be so kind to attach the test case? We are unable to confirm
the problem without it. Unfortunately, the bug report in this state is
incomplete :( So please reopen the bug report with attached requested details.
