I'm using Webkit, Safari, and Firefox 2 and 3 on my development box (Mac Mini, 10.5.3). I'm also currently taking classes, and as part of a class, I had to write the linked page.
I use MooTools to handle objects, and the images on the right hand side are supposed to change order as you move the camera. This reordering happens on all browsers across all platforms (though strangely, only Safari and Firefox 3 get the ordering right; the other browsers screw up the ordering very badly), but for the past couple weeks of nightlies (since I started the project a couple weeks ago and the code got to a point where I could test it), the images just don't reorder. I have no clue what's happening and why this has changed from the latest released version of Safari (525.20 is what's being reported as installed), which does the ordering just fine.

I still see the issue in build 35039.
