The following layout test is flaky on Mojave WK1

fast/sub-pixel/simple-clipping.html
fast/sub-pixel/sub-pixel-composited-layers.html

Probable cause:

These two tests are failing images in tandem and are failing due to the resulting images being zoomed in on. relating this to https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=193112
