In <https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/239465/webkit>, I stopped auto-updating webkitpy's cached version of Selenium because it was causing some pretty serious issues with local runs of test-webkitpy. Since that was a change in behavior that was not well discussed before landing, I'd like to track this issue separately.
