https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=191947 added BugzillaPatchFetcher which Fetches bugs from Bugzilla and submit to Buildbot appropriately. We should run BugzillaPatchFetcher periodically so that we can keep feeding all the r? patches to buildbot.
