Like the Scripts tab when it's not activated, Databases tab should give a little explanation when there's no databases for the page loaded.

Is this bug still relevant, since there is no longer a database tab?
I do think that, in the sidebar of the "Resources" tab, if a parent element doesn't have any children (see "Databases" example here: http://cl.ly/0T3C2Q1V2L1m2l0q3Z0s), it ought to be grayed out a bit, or some kind of visual notification.
