The following layout test is flaky on MacOS Debug

webgl/2.0.0/conformance2/textures/misc/tex-unpack-params.html

Probable cause:

This is related to https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=189672. test usually takes around 20-25s to pass and times out at 110-120s

to see if this can get the test back to green.

Removed this expectation in https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/264953/webkit because the test doesn't appear to be running that slowly and this expectation is overriding the one for webkit.org/b/214763
