Created attachment 352914 [details] Screen capture Seen on and iPad running iOS 12.0.1 (16A404) with Block Pop-ups enabled in Settings > Safari. Perform the following: 1. Visit <http://www.megamillions.com>. 2. Tap the popup menu under “Where to play” and pick a state, say California. Nothing happens. But I would have expected a new window to open (as on Mac) since the tap gesture is user initiated.

For completeness, the pop up will open when Block Pop-ups is disabled.
