I Steps:
Go to the attached reduction

II Issue:
the table offset height in Safari is different from FF.

III Other browsers:
IE7: not ok
FF3: ok
Opera9.24: not ok

I am unable to reproduce this in Safari 15.5 on macOS 12.4. All browsers (Chrome Canary 104 and Firefox Nightly 103) shows "Table offset height is: 66", which matches with Safari output. Considering, it is for offset height and it matches in all browsers. I think it got fixed along the lines and can be marked as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". Thanks!
