Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a new Google Document
2. Type some stuff
3. Hit Ctrl-S
Expected Results:
Document will save
Actual Results:
Document does not save
Tested on r32901
Regression: Doesn't appear to be, as this doesn't work on 3.1.1 either
Other browsers: Works as expected on FF 2.0.0.14, but not as expected on Opera 9.27

They appear to have changed this to use apple-S, which does work, so closing as INVALID.
