When going to www.scion.com, Safari 3.1.1 w/WebKit Nightly hangs w/40% CPU load. Safari 3.1.1 w/shipping WebKit works fine.

I can't get this to hang on Vista with 3.1.1 and the r32574 nightly. I do see 35-45% CPU usage (2 GHz Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM, Vista Enterprise + SP1), but that is probably entirely Flash being a whore.

You're probably right. It's really sluggish. 3.1.1 seems to be more responsive.

It seems the Nightly uses 2x the CPU on Flash than the WebKit shipped w/3.1.1.

I tried the latest Nightly, r32574, and still got the same behavior - Safari hung (the Web site never finished loading). I went back to r31446 (my first Nightly), and it worked fine, and Safari 3.1.1 works fine as well.
