Bug 18759 – Can't type into text field within frameset that gets focus when opened in new tab

* SUMMARY
When opening a link to www.myuhc.com in a new tab, the Username field has focus (a focus ring is drawn), but typing does nothing.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Safari/WebKit.
2. Open attached test case.
3. Command-click on "https://www.myuhc.com" link to open a new tab.
4. Switch to the new tab (Cmd-} or clicking the mouse).
5. Type text (like "asdf").

* EXPECTED RESULTS
The text "asdf" should appear in the Username text field.

* ACTUAL RESULTS
No text appears in the Username text field.

* REGRESSION
I think this is a regression, but I haven't tested older versions yet.

* NOTES
I think I filed a bug about a very similar issue on a previous version of WebKit, but can't seem to find it now.

Since I can't attach upload any attachments now, this should work instead, skip Step 2 and just command-click on the link in Step 3.

To reproduce the bug:

1. Command-click on this attachment.
2. Switch to the new tab created.
3. Try to type "asdf".

The original site actually has two layers of framesets, so it would be a good idea to test with the original site once the simple reduction is fixed.
