The following layout test is flaky on iOS (and historically on macOS Debug)

animations/needs-layout.html

Probable cause:

Unknown, this recently started failing frequently on iOS.

The test expects a green square, but the actual output shows a red rectangle beneath the bottom edge of the green square:
