To reproduce:
1. Open an app with multiple draggable URLs (e.g. iBooks)
2. Open Safari in multitasking, and go to any page with a textarea.
3. Start a drag on a link in the first app, and tap on a few different links to add them to the drag session.
4. Drop in the textarea in Safari.
Expected: multiple links are inserted
Observed: only the first link is inserted.
