Drop down menus on the payment information page disappear when any menu is selected

I do not see any drop-down menus on the payment information page (reachable via completing all steps of the booking process).
I can see that buttons such as "use a coupon", "use a gift card" disappear when clicked, but this appears to be by design, and works the same way in Firefox.
