When hovering an element that as a :hover rule, the content image seems to be downloaded but the content is not actually replaced. Steps to reproduce: 1) Empty the cache to be sure to see the download in the activity window 2) Put the mouse hover the red image 3) Look the activity window to see that http://webkit.org/images/green-background.png is downloaded but is not replacing the red background Opera 9.26 passes the testcase
